Honestly 10/10 customer service, wasted no time to reply to email and fix the problem I had. Put in the wrong address and they fixed that and ship it to me at the correct one. Plus really friendly and just all around amazing people.

My package ended getting lost in transit, but I was able to email them and they got right on tracking it and seeing what had happened. they responded quickly and made sure I was sastified and since my package was lost during transit they shipped out the exact same order again! Love their support team and many great people in their team.

The tattoo looks nice after 1 day and half and Is been 4 days since I have the tattoo on and is still looks nice recommended anyone to get this product

They sent another tattoo out as the other didn't get delivered. Great service.

My first time buying and i started with a sleeve. It looks amazing and I would definitely buy some more ! With sleeves it was quite a learning curve with how big it was and how to properly have it develop and not transfer. While sleeping my right hand had held my wrist at some point so now i have faint black marks on my fingertips haha. Aside from that 10/10 ⭐️

I reached out to EZINK on a Sunday evening, expecting to wait 3-5 business days for a response. To my surprise it wasn’t even 3-5 minutes before they wrote back to me in great detail as well as paying close attention to my question and explaining how they can get their product in my hands as soon as possible(since I have a deadline for when I need the items). They did great and were transparent about everything , ultimately leaving the decision to purchase from them in my hands. EZINK customer service was not pushy or giving me false hope that my item would arrive, it was just a clear realistic expectation for delivery. I ended up placing my order for the 13 items that I needed for this themed party I am attending and have full confidence that the order will arrive in time. I ordered yesterday around 3pm (pst) and it looks like my order is already being processed and picked up by UPS, I was given free express shipping due to the amount I spent. All in all, the customer service alone would bring me back to purchase from EZINK and I would definitely recommend them for all of the design selection. I’ll be sure to comment again once the order arrives and how quickly it made it to my doorstep but for now, Thank you again for the great customer experience EZINK!

I was so shocked on how quick the EZ Ink team replies to emails. I’m so used companies replying after a day or two.
But i literally got an email response after 2 minutes!!!
I have to say this is a top notch service.
Although the issue i emailed about wasn’t resolved. I do respect that it’s because they have a policy in place.
